3-A / EHEDG Hygienic Standard

Engineered for contamination-free fluid transfer in food processing, beverage bottling, dairy production, and pharmaceutical compounding.

  • Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps with electro-polished CF8M / 316L open & semi-open impellers
  • Rotary Lobe Pumps for high-viscosity food pastes, yogurts, and fruit concentrates without shear damage
  • Self-Priming Liquid Ring Pumps for clean-in-place (CIP) scavenge and return lines
  • Tri-Clamp and DIN 11851 sanitary union connections with zero dead-leg geometry

High-torque environmental food waste management systems designed for modern residential kitchens, commercial restaurants, hotels, and food courts.

  • Precision-cast 304/316 stainless steel shredder ring and 360° swivel impellers
  • High-torque induction motor delivering anti-jam grinding of bones, fibrous vegetables, and organic scraps
  • Corrosion-proof investment-cast grinding chamber with multi-stage sound insulation
  • Integrated air-switch activation and pneumatic splash guard design
Technical Specifications & Compliance:

Up to 1.0 HP / 2800 RPM continuous grinding, dynamic balancing to < 0.5 mm/s vibration, 100% leak-tested.
